Transcription Notes: “The cemetery is just northeast of the town of Havillah on the left side of the Chesaw to Havillah Road. In some works this cemetery is referred to only as Havillah cemetery. It is owned by the Immanuel Lutheran Church in Havillah, and the sign at the cemetery says, 'Immanuel Lutheran Cemetery,' 1608 Havillah Rd, Tonasket, WA 98855 (509) 485-3342.” “It is not a perpetual care cemetery, but it is cared for. To assist visitors they have a place where the list of burials and their locations are displayed in the middle of the cemetery. There is still much more room for more burials.” “I surveyed this cemetery on Jul 20, 2001, using my digital camera for most stones. I also pack a notebook for those which are difficult to photograph.” “On Feb 06, 2006 I compared with the sexton files and was able to add location to most of those listed. Those with an asterisk * following their entry, I have no photo of. These came either from the cemetery records or hand reading. Those with ** were not in the sexton records.”
