These records include Ordinances 01 through 1045, adopted by the Roslyn City Council during meetings from 1879 through 2008. Ordinances 01 through 14 were passed by the Roslyn Town Council from its establisment in November 22, 1879 through June 21, 1889, the year the town was incorporated (Roslyn was incorporated a second time in 1890, after Washington became a state). Ordinances 15 through 1045 were passed by the Roslyn City Council from May 15, 1890 through December 09, 2008.

Agency History: When coal deposits were found in the area in 1883, the city grew quickly and was platted in 1886. The City of Roslyn was incorporated in 1890 and is located in Kittitas County.
