Description:	This collection consists of indexing of license applications for certification of registered nurses, 1909-2005 (bulk 1909-1917, 1921-1963). Many licenses from 1909-1917 include digitized images of the applications. Information on the application forms includes name, date, education, experience, age, residence, school of graduation, and other personal information. The majority of application files include photographs of the applicants.
