PROCLAMATION BY THE GOVERNOR
TERMINATING STATE OF EMERGENCY

I, GARY LOCKE, Governor of the state of Washington, pursuant to RCW 43.06.210, do hereby terminate the following proclamations:

  1. Proclamation of September 27, 2001, that declared a state of emergency in Washington State activating the National Guard and the Washington Military Department, Emergency Management Division to coordinate event-related assistance in the aftermath of terrorist attacks on the nation occurring on September 11, 2001.
  2. Proclamation of June 12, 2002, that declared a state of emergency in Washington State for damages to the transportation infrastructure in Cowlitz County due to the partial failure and collapse of the Swift Canal.
  3. Proclamation of February 12, 2003, that declared a state of emergency in Washington State for storm-related transportation damages in Cowlitz, King, Kittitas, Snohomish, Yakima, and Walla Walla Counties.
