This cemetery is in excellent shape and well cared for.” “Edwall Cemetery is maintained by a Cemetery Board. I found more than one contact person. I first spoke with Terry Fox in Edwall WA at 509-236-2286, then later with M. James Kintachi at 509-236-2343, who sent me some of the records they had. Jim said the Edwall Community Cemetery started in 1891.” “The main funeral home for the area is Strate Funeral Home: 509-725-4151, although not the only one.” “After the first transcription, I again visited this cemetery on Jun 01, 2003 with my digital camera. Found new names and corrected some errors. Those with an asterisk * I do not have a photo of, which means I found no marker.” Learn about the documentation of Cemetery Records in Washington and what information is found in the various record types by selecting the tab that says "About this Collection"here. |
