Agency History: | Clyde Hill is located in King County approximately 2 miles east of Seattle, sharing its southeast border with the city of Bellevue. Clyde Hill adheres to a Mayor-Council form of government and was officially incorporated in 1953. The Board of Adjustment was created by Chapter 2.21 of the Clyde Hill Municipal Code. There are 5 members of the board who hear and determine requests for variances and special exceptions from the provisions of Clyde Hill Municipal Code Title 17 – Zoning. |
