This index is open for research. Transcribed and compiled by Maggie Rail, 1999-2010, last updated Jun 03, 2010. Transcription Notes: “This cemetery can be reached from Usk by driving east on Kings Lake Rd over the bridge, which crosses the Pend Oreille River and taking LeClerc Road north for 1.7 mile. Perhaps 1/4 mile before you reach the church, you should spot the cemetery down over the hill to your left.” “It is not that easy to spot as you drive, but it was easier this last time because it was after Memorial Day and they still had all the flags out. This is the active cemetery, currently being used more than the older one, which is farther up the road.” “I first did a complete survey of this cemetery on Aug 09, 1999. I returned on Jun 29, 2004 and read it again, using my digital camera.” “Those with and asterisk * after the entry, are those which I did not get a good photo of. If it says photo in the entry, there is a photo on the stone.” |
