Notes from transcriber Bud Engelhardt, Jan 06, 2000, last edited Aug 23, 2008: “It is located at the SE edge of Reardan in the NW1/4 of SE1/4 of Sec. 15 Twp 25N Range 39EWM. This is in the southeast part of town.” “The Reardan Cemetery is also known as Reardan IOOF Cemetery. This cemetery was dedicated 28 Sept 1894. The first addition was made 26 Jan 1956. It is on quad map, courthouse plat, page 121 of the 1911 Atlas and page 69 of the 1960 Atlas.” “Virginia Engelhardt and I walked the cemetery on 25 Jul 1998 and combined our readings with the Sexton files and the list of residents on display at the cemetery. While this may not be complete it is all recorded burials in the Reardan cemetery to date.” “Sandy Walen and I updated this cemetery on Jun 01, 2006. On several occasions we found no dates, which will be added as we find them.”
