| Agency History: | The Mid-Columbia Libraries (MCL) is made up of eleven branch libraries and a bookmobile. They provide library services to residents of Benton, Franklin, and parts of Adams Counties. The MCL is governed by a seven member Board of Trustees appointed jointly by the Benton and Franklin County Commissioners and they serve for seven years. The Board is the policy-making body for the library district. |
