| Agency History: | The Grays Harbor Public Utility District (PUD) No. 1 was formed by a vote of the people of Grays Harbor County in 1938. The PUD is governed by a nonpartisan, locally elected board of commissioners who set rates, establish policy, approving budgets and provide direction for the operation of the utility. Commissioners serve a six-year term. Located in Aberdeen, the Grays Harbor PUD provides electrical service to most of Grays Harbor County, and small portions of Jefferson County, Pacific, and Lewis Counties. |
