Sources of Transfer Spokane County Boundary Review Board
Agency History: The Washington State Boundary Review Board for Spokane County was established by the authority of Chapter 36.93 RCW in 1967. The Board was a quasi-judicial, administrative body empowered to make decisions on such issues as incorporation, annexation, mergers, disincorporations, etc., by cities, towns and special purpose districts. The Boundary Review Board was disbanded by the Spokane County Board of Commissioners in Resolution No. 11-1122 effective on January 1, 2012 and held its final meeting on November 14, 2011.
