Agency History: In the mid-1920's, Normandy Park was designed by the Seattle-Tacoma Land Company as a residential community with distinctive French-Normandy style architecture, but after the depression hit, the Seattle Tacoma Land Company dropped the project, but after WWII Normandy Park grew in residents and new development. In 1953 the City of Normandy Park was incorporated and is located in King County.
