This database is an index to the San Juan Cemetery District # 3 Woodlawn Cemetery Lot Listing of burials from 1874 – 2006. The information is based on research of all available Woodlawn Cemetery data sources, including maps, ledgers, burial records, transmittals, invoices, correspondence, meeting minutes, and newspaper clippings.
There are 1049 names listed. Woodlawn Cemetery was established on Orcas Island in 1891 and was first named the Methodist Episcopal Cemetery. In 1908 it was re-named Woodlawn Cemetery. It became a cemetery district of San Juan County in 1985.
