Transcription Notes: “The original tombstone inscriptions were read by Weston and Carrie Lartigue in July, 1972. During the winter and spring of 1999-2000, Bud Engelhardt researched these records, and updated the list with the help of Marian Kramer of the Kramer Funeral Home in Tekoa, WA. Bud Engelhardt physically inventoried the grave markers in the cemetery again in May 2000.” “There is the possibility of missed markers. There are several graves marked as “Unknown." “According to a note found in the ledgers "an old Chinaman” is buried on the left side of the cemetery entrance in Sec.23 Block 17 Grave #2". No additional information was found concerning this.” Earliest Birth: Harriett Mc Graham 1818 - 1913 "The Puckett's Grandma." Early Birth: Frank Simmons 1822 - 1912 "Old Man from Rock Creek."
