"-Renton- / Carnegie Library." -- handwritten in center bottom on recto. "K.N." -- handwritten on recto in lower right-hand corner. "Renton Public Library / (27) Approximately 3,400 square feet of lawn sod was lifted on the Renton Public Library project and the same area spaded and landscaped. Also, on this improvement, some work was done in the interior of the library proper." -- on typewritten note attached to verso.
