"Zone No. 4 - Office Building / (110) Zone No. 4 Office Building, constructed on Fifteenth Avenue N. E. between 39th and 40th Streets, at a cost slightly in excess of $7,000. When the need for it is gone the structure will revert to the University of Washington." -- on typewritten note attached to verso.
