Notes: Image shows men working with shovels and wheelbarrows to flatten the top of a hill. Houses and trees are visible in the background. "State D. P. W. Dis. # 2 / 17-B-15-106 / Neg. No 772 5/23-25" -- handwritten in lower left-hand corner on recto. "David Rodgers Playfield Seattle / Grading & Filling" -- handwritten in bottom center on recto. "K.N." -- handwritten on recto in lower right-hand corner. "David Rogers [sic] Playfield / (33) Operations on the site of this improvement included excavation and removal of dirt with wheelbarrows for a tennis court; construction of the court proper; installation of a fence around the improvement and work of a like nature. CWA material was used on the project to the value of $880.04." -- on typewritten note attached to verso.
