On the wall behind the furniture are two photographs and a map labeled "Seattle." "State D. P. W. Dis. #2 / Project 17-D5-164 / Neg. No 782 5/31-35 / Woodenware MFG." -- handwritten in lower left-hand corner on recto. "K.N." -- handwritten on recto in lower right-hand corner. "Furniture Factory / (72) Bed, Chair and Table manufactured at the Furniture Factory, considered by authorities to be creditable merchandise. The operation was more or less intermittent." -- on typewritten note attached to verso.
