A. / Proj. 17-B1-154 / Neg. 646 - 12-14-34" -- handwritten in lower left-hand corner on recto. "Kirkland / 14th Ave. to E. from 1st St. / K.N." -- handwritten in lower right-hand corner on recto. "Kirkland Streets / (88) A large amount of grading, graveling, ditching and similar improvements were made to various streets in Kirkland on which work was started in August, 1934, and discontinued in January, 1935. The picture shows the absolute need of the improvement on this thoroughfare." -- on typewritten note attached to verso.
