"Echo Lake State Park / SE Corner Looking S. 40 ft Fire Lane" -- handwritten in center bottom on recto. "K.N." -- handwritten on recto in lower right-hand corner. "Echo Lake State Park / (125) Stumping, clearing, grubbing and constructing fire brakes [sic] in Echo Lake State Park. The task confronting WERA relief clients is clearly shown in this view." -- on typewritten note attached to verso.
