No 774 5/23-35" -- handwritten in lower left-hand corner on recto. "Port of Seattle Lander St. Dock / New Apron" -- handwritten in center bottom on recto. "K.N." -- handwritten on recto in lower right-hand corner. "Lander Street Dock / (86) Lander Street Dock where considerable new decking was placed and a movable apron covering an area 20 x 120 feet was constructed. One Thousand and Twenty-one man-hours were expended on this job." -- on typewritten note attached to verso.
