Dist. # 2 / Project 17-B20-30 / Neg. # 497 Sep 21st 1934 / Zone office # 5 1628 - 15 Ave. W. / Under preparation." -- handwritten in lower left-hand corner on recto. "K.N." -- handwritten on recto in lower right-hand corner. "Zone Office No. 5. / (151) Installing partitions and making interior alterations to an existing factory building located at 1628 Fifteenth Avenue West. The first floor of this structure was utilized as a zone office and the second story as a mattress factory." -- on typewritten note attached to verso.
