"Rural School Program / (136) The improvements at the Foster School, a combination of CWA activities, included the construction of one story, 24 x 24 foot office building, painting the main school structure, playshed and manual training building, the installation of a tennis court and making other improvements to the buildings and grounds." -- on typewritten note attached to verso.
