| Notes: | Image shows sections of large-diameter pipe lying on the ground next to a water-filled ditch in which men work. A dirt road and a paved sidewalk run along either side of the ditch. Automobiles, houses, utility poles, and a forested hill are visible in the background. "State of Wash. / E. R. A. / Proj. 17-B7-127 / State Grant In Aid C-17-11 / Neg. 578 - 11-20-34" -- handwritten in the lower left-hand corner on recto. "Pacific City / View Looking West" -- handwritten in center bottom on recto. "K.N." -- handwritten on recto in lower right-hand corner. "Pacific Sewer System / (77) Six Thousand, Two Hundred and Fifty-one feet of sewer was constructed in Pacific City, the pipe installed ranging from six to eighteen inches in diameter. Also, on this project twelve manholes were completed and fourteen catch basins and four lamp holes were dug." -- on handwritten note attached to verso. |
