No [indecipherable] / # 17-B9-51 / Aug. 8-1934 Neg. # 429 / Laying of Water Main on Hill Soutside [sic] of Highway / Southside Close to Railroad Bridge" -- handwritten in lower left-hand corner on recto. "Issaquah Water Works / (47) On this project, which was started July 7th and halted September 21, 1934, 2400 lineal feet of eight inch pipe was laid; wood settling tanks installed, and 3,000 feet of ditches were cleaned." -- on typewritten note attached to verso.
