Dist. #2 / Proj. 17-B10-50 / Neg. 641 12-13-34" -- handwritten in lower left-hand corner on recto. "Redmond / Making Concrete Water Boxes / KN" -- handwritten in lower right-hand corner on recto. "Redmond Pipe Line / (84) Making concrete water boxes for use in the Redmond Pipe Line job. This improvement, like the Auburn Water System, was constructed with a combination of funds contributed by State Grant-in-Aid, WERA and the Town of Redmond. Included in the operation was the laying of 12,000 lineal feet of 4 inch cast iron pipe." -- on typewritten note attached to verso.
