Dis. #2 / Project 17-B15-96 / Neg No. 745 3/8-53 [sic]" -- handwritten in lower left-hand corner on recto. "Slide Prevention Perkins Lane / Seattle Wash" -- handwritten in center bottom on recto. "K.N." -- handwritten on recto in lower right-hand corner. "Slide Prevention / (162) Perkins Lane, in the Magnolia Bluff district, has suffered seriously from slides in the past, but the slide prevention work performed by WERA labor, under the sponsorship of the City of Seattle, will, in a marked measure, prevent recurrence of this menace." -- on typewritten note attached to verso.
