Showing Filling, Preventing Further Washout." -- handwritten in lower right-hand corner on recto. "K.N." -- handwritten on recto in lower right-hand corner. "Flood Control and Repair / (93) The north side of Issaquah Creek is here pictured showing the fill which was made in an effort to prevent further washouts. Work on this particular project was started on November 7, 1934, and discontinued on January 24, 1935." -- on typewritten note attached to verso.
