Dist. #2 / 17-B4-26 Neg. #483 Sep. 5 1934 / Richmond Beach School Ground Retaining Wall and filling in" -- handwritten on recto in lower left-hand corner. "K.N." -- handwritten on recto in lower right-hand corner. "Richmond Beach School / (10) Herewith is shown a dry-laid stone retaining wall constructed on the Richmond Beach School grounds by WERA labor. The work on this school property also involved, among other improvements, the construction of a playfield 275 x 170 feet, which was cut out of a hill." -- on typewritten note attached to verso.
