"State of Wash. E. R. A. Dist. #2 / Proj. 17-B14-160 / Neg. 627 12-12-34" -- handwritten in lower left-hand corner on recto. "Swamp Creek on Bothell Highway / Pulling Out Old Logs / KN" -- handwritten in lower right-hand corner on recto. "Swamp Creek Widening and Dredging / (79) Approximately eight hundred lineal feet of creek bed was widened from ten to twenty feet, and other work of like nature completed on this project. Herewith is shown men removing logs from the creek with block and tackle." -- on typewritten note attached to verso.
