Salmon Recovery Funding Board
The Board is responsible for making grants and loans for salmon habitat projects and salmon recovery activities from the amounts appropriated to the board. Provides assistance to grant applicants; makes and executes all manner of contracts and agreements; accept any gifts, grants or loans of funds, property, or financial or other aid in any form from any other source on any terms that are not in conflict with this chapter; adopt rules under chapter 34.05 RCW as necessary. The IAC shall provide all necessary grants and loans administrations assistance.

Qualification:
The governor appoints five members of the board. One of the voting members shall be a cabinet-level appointment as the governor's representative to the board. Board members will represent the general public and shall not have a financial or regulatory interest in salmon recovery. The Governor will appoint the chair from the general public members.
