Hearing dates
Members of the Board conduct hearings on a quarterly basis to review petitions requiring Board consideration. Hearings are scheduled for the second Thursday of the month in March, June, September and December. The hearings are open to the public. In certain cases, the Board chairperson may schedule a special hearing in accordance with the bylaws to hear a petition. At the hearing, the Board hears oral statements, deliberates and votes whether to recommend to the Governor that relief be granted.
